    Demand Draft :
        The candidate shall submit a Demand Draft of Rs.300/-(Rs.75/-for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of "TATA MEMORIAL CENTRE, PAREL, MUMBAIâ€"400012"
        The candidate must submit Demand Draft,a recent passport size photograph, attested copies of all certificates regarding Date of Birth, Educational qualification, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificate, Physically Handicapped Certificate etc. along with the copy of online application form On or Before-15/12/2012
        Please write your Name and the Name of Post at the back side of D.D .
        Female candidates are exempted from paying of fees while submitting application.
        Print out of Online Application, along with attested copies of certificates & Demand Draft Must be submitted before last date otherwise the candidature of candidate will be treated as cancelled

    IMPORTANT:
        Keep a photocopy of the Online Application (with Photograph) and originals of all the attachments, if called for the Interview.
        Do not submit CV or reprint.
        Incomplete forms will be summarily rejected.
        Please fill all fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the application form, attach photocopies of relevant documents and certificates and sign the declaration.
