How to Download UPSC Admit Card 2013 for IAS Prelims Exam ?
Same as every year, Commission will first conduct the Pre Exam for various competitive degree like IAS, IFS and CPF. All the applicants will receive the admit card at the postal address by 2 weeks. In case you don’t get or missed the original hall ticket then you can request to download the duplicate admit card for the Civil Services Pre Exam of UPSC by login to online portal.
