     Variable pay upto 40% of Basic Pay, Age: Maximum 32 Years

2.  Engineer (Pay Scale: 16400-3%-40500) (CTC Rs. 5.52 Lacs p.a.) +

     Variable pay upto 40% of Basic Pay, Age: Maximum 27 Years

Note: Salary shall be commensurate with the experience.
