JEE Main exam 2013 online registration process and many other details has been issued by CBSE. CBSE announced this year that AIEEE and IIT will be abolished from 2013 and will be replaced by JEE (Main formerly known as AIEEE) and JEE(Advanced formerly known as IIT). CBSE has now issued JEE Main Notification including Exam date, syllabus, online registration process and other details.
Candidates who are seeking admissions into Undergraduate Courses in NIT’s throughout the country, need to apply for JEE Main 2013 exam. Those who want to get admissions into IIT colleges, need to appear in JEE Advance exam for which they first need to clear JEE Main exam. Which means, JEE Main will be a screening test for admissions into IIT colleges.
Mode of Examination:
JEE Main Paper-I will be conducted in both Online and Offline mode while Paper-II will only be conducted on Offline mode. A candidate will be given the choice to opt for either Offline or online mode of examination fr Paper-I only.

For Online examination:
Online Exam for JEE Main 2013 will be conducted between 08-04-2013 and 25-04-2013. Online exam can be conducted in 2 Shifts. Candidates will be required to choose date for their examination during 1st February 2013 â€" 15th February 2013.
Online Registration JEE Main:
