Anna University TANCET 2012 counselling dates for MBA/MCA/ME/MTech

After a long time interval of TANCET 2012 result declaration, Anna University start to plan to release cut-off marks.

Another news we got is, TANCET counselling for the year 2012 P.G like M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MBA admissions commence from July 3rd week.

Why Anna University making delay in TANCET 2012 counselling ?
Its a good Question. Because TANCET should start after NIT counselling. NIT counselling is going on and it will finish on 20th July 2012. 

Those who are not applied for MBA, MCA under TANCET 2012 can apply before the portal is closed. 

What will be Cut-off mark for TANCET 2012 ?
It's not sure about it now. It varies year by year according to the performance of students attended for TANCET. In 2012, TANCET exam was easy and mostly every one get good score. So we seems that cut-off goes up. Importance of cut-off mark is to enter in to a college as well as chance to choose a good college. 

Lets wait until Anna University publish cut-off marks and schedule for counselling.

TANCET 2012-2013 Results published long back ago. But the Rank list is still under processing. We hope it publish in this month end. And TANCET admission procedure starts in a week after June. ME, MTech, MCA, MBA admissions are done by TANCET.

TANCET 2012 Cut Off Marks: 

For General: 100-110 out of 200
For OBC: 95-100
For SC: 85

60 Marks = 1000 Rank (NO Seat in Campus)
45 Marks = 100 Rank (You can Get Seat in Campus)

TANCET Results 2011 to be declared shortly

    
Chennai: Anna University (Chennai) is expected to announce the TANCET Results 2011 shortly, sources have confirmed.

Students have been eagerly awaiting for any official confirmation from the University about the date and time of declaration. According to media reports, the TANCET Results were to be announced on June 22, 2011.

TANCET 2011 was conducted on May 28, 2011 by Anna University (Chennai) for admission to the MBA, MCA and ME/ M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan courses.
